The brief
Reaching £5 million loyalty club Lifelines was a huge milestone. The brand wanted to mark it and say a big ‘thank you’.
The insight
The loyalty club raises Lifelines, which equates to Pets at Home vouchers for animal charities across the land. With such loyalty and a good cause, it cold be opportunity for extra smiles and extra vital Lifelines too.
The solution
A UGC campaign that every-pet-body (and their humans) wanted to be part of.
Aside from inspiring and involving on social, we created a Hi-5 shopper weekend where we raised claws, paws and important Lifelines for charities too.
